Webinar Series
Interested in learning more about careers in Microsoft Services? Join us for a webinar on
Wednesday, May 18th at 3pm PST.
We’d like to share with you how we solve enterprise customer issues on a global scale. Here’s your opportunity to see, first hand, how our Engineers “save the day” and help Microsoft’s customers solve critical issues or achieve their full potential.
Are you aware that:
Unified Diagnostics Ecosystem (UDE) – A CTS built system to automatically analyze customer data. If we’ve solved an issue once, let’s not troubleshoot it again! Find out more about initiatives such as SDP, Fix IT Center Pro (FICP) and ReCON help solve customer issues faster.
Debug Advisor – A recommendation system from Microsoft Research that is now used heavily within CTS to help find existing bugs quickly.
Neuron provides Unified customer information in an intuitive interface that provides a complete view of everything a customer is doing with Microsoft. Come find out how!
Practices Analyzer (ExBPA) 2010 Update – Programmatically collects settings and values from data repositories such as Active Directory, registry, metabase and performance monitor. Once collected, a set of comprehensive ‘best practice’ rules are applied to the topology. Available for customers here.
Exchange Remote Connectivity Analyzer – Allows customers to check for Exchange connectivity problems online. Available at: https://www.testexchangeconnectivity.com/
If you’re curious about where we fit in the bigger history of Communications? That's a great question, and we're glad you asked. All your questions we be gladly answered at this event.
We look forward to hearing from you!!!!
